If your clinic’s Wi-Fi or internet access suddenly disappears, don’t worry. You can still access Doctor Practice on any mobile device, like a tablet or smart phone. You can also call another clinic (if you’re part of a family of clinics) to make appointments through them, or use a computer at someone’s home until your clinic’s internet is restored.

Information is encrypted when sent between your computer/device and Doctor Practice servers, and from device to device. And no access to patient data remains on your computer or mobile device after you close the Jane windows.

We provide full training to get you started. We promise you’ll be scheduling appointments after the first day of training.

All of them! We’ve developed Doctor Practice to run in a web browser and store all the information in our top-level security cloud servers. So Mac or PC, iPad or Android tablet, iPhone or Samsung; we run on everything.
